Can sub sunflower seeds for the nuts.

Can combine rolled oats, barley, wheat, rye to make 4 cups.

For the raisins, you can sub dates or any other dried fruits like cranberries.

Coconut: Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy, consult your physician to find out if you need to avoid coconut.

Gluten: Gluten is a protein found in specific grains (wheat, spelt, kamut, barley, rye). Other grains are naturally gluten-free but may have cross-contact with gluten-containing grains. You have mislabeled this recipe. This is not a nut free recipe but is catalogued as one.

Hi Ana - are you referring to the coconut in the recipe? Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy, consult your physician to find out if you need to avoid coconut. We categorize recipes that contain coconut as free of tree nuts and include that warning.
