1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 Tbsp yeast (or 1 pkg)
1 Egg (or equivalent Egg Replacer)
Mix all ingredients except for flour into mixing bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and mix well. Then add another 2 cups flour and stir until soft dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until double in size. Roll out of floured surface.
Bake at 425 °F for 15-20 minutes.

Does it matter what flour you use? I use oat flour for my daughter but could use rice as well.
