is jello acidic would it cause a burning diaper rash? would apricots?
Gelatin is not acidic, it depends on what juice/fruit it is made with. Apricots are acidic, but not extremely. If something is causing burning diaper rash, it is more likely a digestive issue rather than the fact that the pH of the food itself.
