Hello. I am wondering how you can use vanilla for the apple cake recipe when vanilla is usually extracted with corn alcohol. Do you know of a brand of vanilla that is corn free?

Julia - there are some brands of vanilla that do not contain corn. Or you can make your own using rum or potato vodka -

Avoiding corn is difficult. I encourage you to join our online community where you can connect with others who avoid corn. They can help you find safe brands.
