3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp vinegar
5 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Mix all dry ingredients, add liquid ingredients and mix until smooth and one colour. Fill 12 greased cupcake tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes. Makes 12 cupcakes.
This recipe does not work as a cake, only as cupcakes.
