2 Tbsp canola oil
3 Tbsp milk alternative
2-3 drops vanilla extract
2-3 cups powdered sugar
as desired lemon or lime juice, or ginger or other spices, or cocoa powder (optional)
Place oil in a steep-sided bowl, and add in milk alternative. Add vanilla, and flavorings of your choice. Stir.
Start adding powdered sugar by the half-cupful, stirring it in and adding more until you get the desired consistency.
