Recipe Created By: Dayna Hamp
1/4 cup nut butter
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
4 cups crispy rice cereal
Combine first two ingredients. If mixture seems to stiff to stir, heat it gently in a double boiler.
Stir into rice cereal and press into 8" square pan. (You may need to oil your hands.)
Chill for at least an hour, then cut into 12 bars.
Wrap individually and freeze or store in fridge.
You can use corn syrup or other liquid sweeteners in place of rice syrup.
Sunflower butter or Pea butter should work in this recipe if avoiding both peanuts and tree nuts.

real simple to make, my son didn't like it though but he doesn't usually like much. My husbands uncle ate it up.
Ugh - sorry your kiddo didn't like them. That's always a risk for trying something new! Glad someone ate them though.
