Your photo should meet the following requirements:

1 14 oz can black beans
1 pkg flour tortillas (lg)
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup rice
2 limes, juiced (optional)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp water


Preheat oven to 350 °F. Cook rice according to package directions. When oven is ready, place tortillas in oven about 5-10 minutes to warm them, if desired.

While rice is cooking, heat oil in medium size skillet. Chop onion and garlic and sauté in skillet for 2-3 minutes.

Drain beans, add to skillet, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add water, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper and mix well. Lower heat and simmer about 5 minutes, for flavors to mix well together.

Once rice has finished cooking, fluff with fork. Add chopped cilantro and lime juice if using, mix well.

Remove tortillas from oven, add beans and rice to each tortilla. Add desired toppings (cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc) and serve.



Corn Substitutions: Corn is a common ingredient in products. Starch, modified food starch, dextrin and maltodextrin can be from corn.
