6 - 8 pieces turkey cutlets
Grandma's Stuffing Made Safe
1 cup Kathy P's All-purpose Baking Mix
1 cup flour
poultry seasoning
1 egg replacer, prepared or 1/2 cup safe cooking oil
chicken broth (optional)


Prepare stuffing, set aside. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease a 13 x 9" baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine Kathy P's All Purpose Baking Mix, flour, and seasonings. Set nearby.

In a separate bowl, prepare egg replacer or cooking oil. Spoon prepared stuffing onto one turkey cutlet, then place another cutlet on top (like a sandwich). Press "stuffed" meats together slightly, then roll it in the egg replacer or oil to coat. Dip coated meat into flour mix, and roll to coat (it gets kind of messy, but you can adjust and re-stuff them once they're in the baking dish). Place in baking dish.

Repeat until all pairs of cutlets are stuffed and coated, then spoon remaining stuffing mix into the dish, around the coated pieces. You can add some broth to the dish if you like.

Bake at 350 °F for 30 - 35 minutes.


This makes a really tasty, one-dish Thanksgiving meal, complete with turkey, stuffing and biscuits!

If you have an odd number of cutlets, you can just coat those by themselves, then set them in the dish and spoon extra stuffing on top of them.

Use Grandma's Stuffing Made Safe or your favorite stuffing mixture.

You can use any combination of spices that are safe for your family.
