1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 - 2 Tbsp honey (depending on sweetness)
1/4 Tbsp amchoor powder (optional)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until liquified.
Good fruit choices include: fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mango, kiwi, etc.
Frozen fruit will make a slightly thicker shake
Ice cubes can be used in place of water when using fresh fruit for the same effect.
Amchor (Amchoor/Amchur) powder is dried ground green mango. It can be found in an Indian market. 1/2 tsp lemon juice can be substituted.
Soy yogurt can be substituted for milk yogurt to make the recipe milk-free.

Not sure why a yogurt smoothie is labeled "milk" free. Instead of a link to dairy substitutes you should put the substitutes in the recipes as some people may read that vanilla yogurt is not dairy (I agree a ridiculous interpretation, but I am sure that someone will read it that way)
Thanks for the feedback. The substitution for non-dairy yogurt is listed in the substitutions sections. Are you suggesting some other type of notation in the ingredients list?
This has yogurt but listed under dairy/milk free.
??
Renee - you can substitute non-dairy yogurt such as soy or coconut to make it dairy-free.
