Steamed Beef Balls

1 lb beef (ground or small chunks)
water
sea salt
1 clove garlic
6 large (2 inch diameter) mushrooms, including large stems
2-3 Tbsp cornstarch
Run garlic through food processor. Add beef, and enough water to make the texture soft. Add cornstarch. Remove from food processor.
Liquefy mushrooms with water, mix together with meat.
Use a regular teaspoon to make oval meatballs.
Steam each batch for about 7 minutes.
This really has to be done to taste, but you can steam one and try it, then adjust before steaming next batch.
