Your photo should meet the following requirements:

Ingredients

1 to 2 lb beef steak OR boneless skinless chicken breast
2 Tbsp canola or olive oil
1/3 cup finely slivered orange peel
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup beef or chicken broth
1/3 cup cooking wine
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 to 1 tsp crushed dried red pepper flakes

Directions

Thinly slice meat. Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat for about 3 minutes. Add orange peel, garlic, and ginger, and saute for another minute.

Separately, mix cornstarch, broth, wine, marmalade, and pepper. Stir into cooked meat.



Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil for a minute. Serve over rice.
