3 1/2 cups white rice flour
2 1/2 cups tapioca flour
2 Tbsp xanthan gum
2 Tbsp Ener-G Egg Replacer powder
1/4 cup sugar
Mix well and keep in an airtight container. Stir before using.
Use with French Bread, Pizza Crust, or Pretzel Sticks recipes.
