Your photo should meet the following requirements:

  • It must be in jpg/jpeg format
  • It must be no larger than 800px wide by 600px tall
  • It must be have a file size of less than 1Mb
  • Focus on the food: Use good lighting and take a close - up shot.

1 clove garlic
1/2 inch ginger, julienned
pizza sliced Canadian bacon or other ham
snow peas, cleaned & cut on diagonal
green onions, cut on a diagonal
leftover rice
ponzu sauce (citrus seasoned soy sauce)

Heat wok and add oil. Add garlic and ginger and quickly toss. Add onion and snow peas. Toss for a bit and add ham. Stir fry a bit and add rice. Add about a tablespoon of water to help steam the rice. Keep tossing until everything is heated through. Add a few slugs of ponzu sauce - not too much, you don't want it soupy.

Stir everything around and serve.

The proportions for this are really to taste or whatever you have on hand.

If you cannot find safe ponzu sauce, you can sub soy sauce or wheat-free tamari and a little lemon juice.
