Ingredients

1/4 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4-1/2 cup soda water

Directions

Mix the flours together.

Mix in enough cold soda water to make a thin batter.

Dip in anything you want (chicken strips, vergetables, fish). Fry in hot oil.

My 11 year old son is allergic to tomato,peanuts,milk,corn and wheat. I have done so much research on this to be able to feed him and I still cant find recipes that omit all of these things. He love spaghetti, lasagna, hot dogs with ketchup,and alot of other things he cant eat now because hes is allergic, I need some help.
