Ingredients

2 cups cereal of choice
2 cups rice cereal
1 cup chocolate graham crackers, broken up into bits
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup pretzels, broken into bits
12 oz safe chocolate chips
1 Tbsp corn syrup
1/3 cup water
3 Tbsp DariFreeâ„¢ powder
1/2 tsp imitation almond extract

Directions

In a large bowl combine cereals, graham crackers, marshmallows,raisins or dried cranberries, and pretzels.

In a small saucepan over low heat combine chocolate chips, corn syrup, and mixture of water and Dari-Free whisked together. Heat, stirring until melted and smooth.

Add imitation almond extract and drizzle throughout mixture. Stir to mix in and lay on wax lined cookie sheets. Place in freezer until hardened– about an hour and ENJOY.

Notes

We use Honeycomb and Rice Chex cereals.

To make this gluten-free: Choose gluten-free cereals, rice cakes, cookie bits, pretzels and extract – plus a cup of nuts or sunflower seeds if diet permits.
