Ingredients

uncooked lentil pasta
canola oil

Directions

Fry in canola oil for about 5 seconds until it puffs up like a chip.

Notes

The lentil bean pasta was awesome, and the rice pasta was OK, too. The quinoa/corn pasta burned too fast.

Substitutions

Use whatever oil is safe for your needs ands has a high flash point for frying.
