Ingredients

olive oil

onion

garlic

zucchini slices

fresh basil (optional)

lemon juice to taste

Directions

Saute zucchini slices in onion and garlic, and olive oil. When they get soft, process until the consistency of tomato sauce. Add lemon juice to taste.

Notes

This can be used as pizza or pasta sauce.
