Strawberry Soy Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
3 cups vanilla soy milk
1 cup sugar
1 – 2 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

Place strawberries in blender or food processor and process at low speed until chopped fine. Combine strawberry puree with the rest of the ingredients, stir until sugar is dissolved.

Freeze ice cream as directed for your ice cream maker.

I use Silk® brand soy milk.
