Your photo should meet the following requirements:

  • It must be in jpg/jpeg format
  • It must be no larger than 800px wide by 600px tall
  • It must be have a file size of less than 1Mb

1 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups gluten-free flour blend
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg or replacer (see below)


Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.

Press onto cookie sheet and bake in preheated 400 °F oven for 6-9 minutes until set but not brown. Immediately remove from baking sheet.



The egg can be replaced with 1 1/2 Tbsp oil, 1 1/2 Tbsp water, 1 tsp baking powder, all mixed together.
