Flax Egg Substitute

 

 Ingredients  
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
3 Tbsp water


 Directions  
Grind flax seed in a coffee grinder (or any other blending machine) until flax is very fine. In a bowl mix 1 tablespoon of flax seed, and 3 tablespoons of water. Let sit. Use as an egg substitute in cookies, cakes, breads and an other recipe you would like.


 Notes  
Every 1 tablespoon of flax seed and 3 tablespoons of water combined, is equal to 1 egg.




 This recipe is free of:
 Milk  Peanut  Egg  Soy  Tree nut
 Gluten  Wheat  Fish  Shellfish  Sesame
