Apple Turkey Meatballs

ground turkey
1 apple, grated
pinch salt

Mix grated apple with ground turkey and salt. Make small meatballs. Bake in a 350 °F oven for 20 minutes.

You could also use this mix to make a mini meatloaf by baking in mini-loaf pans.

Pear can be substituted for the apple.

Beef can be substituted for the turkey.

Be sure that the ground turkey is safe for your allergens as many will contain seasonings that may contain milk, soy, wheat, and/or corn or other allergens.

 This recipe is free of:
 Milk  Peanut  Egg  Soy  Tree nut
 Gluten  Wheat  Fish  Shellfish  Sesame

how many people does this serve

I think you can scale it to feed as many as you want.  The "standard" packs of turkey I usually see are about a 1.25 pounds.  One pack usually serves 4-6 people depending on what else you are serving.
