Warm everything together except xanthan gum. Stir with a fork. Add xanthan gum, and warm again, mixing well. Bring to a small boil until it thickens (doesn't thicken very much) and until the spices are well mixed throughout the mixture.
Pour into a coffee cup and chill for a bit.
Use dairy, soy, egg, corn, wheat and/or gluten free ingredients as needed.
