Pennsylvania Guidelines for the Management of Food Allergies in Schools

December 2011



Lynda Mitchell, president of Kids With Food Allergies Foundation, served as a stakeholder and community partner to help the state of Pennsylvania develop guidelines for managing life threatening food allergies in schools. The Pennsylvania Guidelines for Management of Food Allergies in Schools (PDF) offers tools for schools to effectively address student needs and manage their food allergies.
