|1.5 cups frozen mango
6 ounces plain coconut milk yogurt
1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2-1 cup hemp milk, plain, unsweetened
1/8-1/4 tsp ground ginger (optional)
dark agave, to taste (optional)
|Blend all ingredients in blender except agave until smooth. Stop the blender, taste, and add agave if needed.
|This recipe may not be able to be made dairy and corn free at the same time depending on whether a corn free coconut yogurt is available. You could use a coconut flavored dairy-based yogurt and regular cow's milk, or a regular plain yogurt and coconut milk. Or leave out the coconut all together, but it really makes it yummy if you can use coconut.
Adjust the yogurt and milk alternative to suit your needs. Use dairy, egg, soy, corn, wheat/gluten and/or nut free ingredients as needed.
