Yogurt Smoothie

1  cup  plain or vanilla yogurt
1 - 2  Tbsp  honey (depending on sweetness)
1/4  Tbsp  amchoor powder (optional)
1/2  cup  water
1/2  cup  fresh or frozen fruit

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until liquified.

- Good fruit choices include: fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mango, kiwi, etc.
- Frozen fruit will make a slightly thicker shake.
- Ice cubes can be used in place of water when using fresh fruit for the same effect.

- This is a good way to "hide" powdered supplements such as vitamins, probiotics, flax meal, etc.

- Amchor (Amchoor/Amchur) powder is dried ground green mango. It can be found in an Indian market. 1/2 tsp lemon juice can be substituted.
- Soy yogurt can be substituted for milk yogurt to make the recipe milk free. Verify that yogurt is corn free if needed.
