|1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 - 2 Tbsp honey (depending on sweetness)
1/4 Tbsp amchoor powder (optional)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
|Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until liquified.
|- Amchor (Amchoor/Amchur) powder is dried ground green mango. It can be found in an Indian market. 1/2 tsp lemon juice can be substituted.
- Soy yogurt can be substituted for milk yogurt to make the recipe milk free. Verify that yogurt is corn free if needed.
