My 16 month old son loved this. It is a great way to increases calories and is milk/soy free.

 Substitutions
Bananas could be replaced with pears, apples, any fruit of choice.

Use dairy, soy, wheat and/or gluten free ingredients as needed. It is unknown whether this would work w/ Kosher for Passover instant pudding in order to make corn free. Be sure to verify that the instant pudding mix is safe for your allergens.
