Amaranth Granola

 Ingredients  
    cinnamon
    canola oil
    maple syrup
    amaranth cereal

 
 
 Instructions  
Pour a bunch of plain amaranth cereal on a cookie sheet. Mix a few tablespoon of canola oil with the same amount of maple syrup and put a bunch of cinnamon in it. Pour this over the amaranth cereal and stir it so everything is coated. Can add more cinnamon sprinkled on top. Bake for about 10 minutes at 325F.

I would think you could use something like cocoa instead if you wanted or even onion powder or something for a more cracker-like thing.
