 Recipe Information
Category: Sauces & Salsas
Recipe Created By: Amy Hugon

 Ingredients
1 44 oz bottle ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vinegar
3 bay leaves, crushed
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1 19 oz can crushed pineapple, including juice
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger

 Directions
Put all ingredients in large cooking pot. Use a pan larger than you think you will need. Cook on medium-high, stirring occasionally, until this boils. Be sure to supervise so this does not boil over.

You can process this in a water-bath if desired for 20 minutes, or just store in the refrigerator if unprocessed.

 Notes
Consult the USDA's Complete Home Guide to Home Canning for the latest information on food safety. It is available for free online from the National Center for Home Food Preservation.
