Allergy-Free Bread Recipe:Pizza Crust
This recipe can be made milk-free and egg-free to help you make an allergy-safe pizza or breadsticks.

1 tsp salt 3 1/2 cups flour 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/4 cup sugar 1 Tbsp yeast (or 1 package) 1 1/4 cup warm water 1 Egg (or equivalent Egg Replacer)
Mix all ingredients except for flour into mixing bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and mix well. Then add another 2 cups flour and stir until soft dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until double in size. Roll out of floured surface.
Bake at 425 °F for 15-20 minutes.
To avoid soy, select soy-free oil.
To avoid corn, select corn-free egg replacement, oil, sugar, salt.
