  • Ingredients  
  • 2  lbs  flank steak
    1/4  cup  ume plum vinegar
    1/4  cup  honey
    2  Tbsp  lemon juice
    2  Tbsp  fresh cilantro, chopped
    1  clove  garlic, minced (optional)
    1 1/2  tsp  ground ginger
  • Instructions
  • Blend all the ingredients. Marinate flank steak for 4 hours, or overnight, turning once. Broil or grill to desired doneness.
  • Comments  
  • This is great cooked on a really hot grill and served medium-rare.
  • Substitutions  
  • For citrus-free, use cider vinegar instead of lemon juice.
