Food Allergy and Use of Emergency Medication to Treat a Reaction

You are invited to advance food allergy research by participating in a study done as a collaboration of Kids With Food Allergies Foundation and The University of Michigan Medical School, Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

This is a study about how your child's food allergy and its treatment impact your life as a caregiver of a child with food allergy. This survey is intended to be taken by an adult over the age of 18, answering on behalf of their food allergic child. If you have more than one child with food allergy, we ask that you complete a single survey based on one of your child's experiences with food allergy. Try to answer the questions as best as possible from the provided responses.
