They're Here! 2011's New Allergy-Friendly Foods (Part I)
There are so many new allergy-friendly foods this spring, that we have divided our report into two parts. Included in this first edition for 2011 are new foods such as artisan gluten-free breads, pepperjack vegan cheese, mega chocolate chunks, vegan queso, candy, no sugar added frozen desserts, and cheese spreads and sour cream that do not contain dairy or soy. We have also included a printable shopping list of these new foods!
Please Participate in a New Research Study (Online Survey)
Kids With Food Allergies Foundation and members of its medical advisory board are conducting a research study to examine parental opinions about food allergy management policies and accommodations in schools and child care centers. We are seeking parents to complete a brief, anonymous questionnaire (10 minutes) which asks a series of questions that inquire about your awareness and opinions of school food allergy policies and accommodations.
