Allergy-Free Beverage Recipe: Zachary's Hot Chocolate

2  Tbsp  Vance's Dari-free Chocolate Mix
1  Tbsp  Hershey Cocoa Powder
1  Tbsp  sugar
1  Tsp  vanilla extract
8  ozs  hot water
    Marshmallows (optional)

Mix dry ingredients throughly in a measuring cup. Pour hot water over mixture, mix throughly with a whisk or small hand mixer. Serve. Add marshmallows if desired.

This recipe is not corn free because the crystalline fructose in the Dari Free is derived from corn.

Use dairy, soy, egg, peanut/tree nut, wheat and/or gluten free ingredients as needed.
